- 10:00 am – Gates Open ($5.00 admission, children under 12 free)
- 10:00 am – Parade Starts (Hwy 98)
- 12:00 noon – 1:00pm – Musical Entertainment Main Stage
- 1:00-5:00 pm – Blue Crab Races (at the top of each hour, children under 12)
- Through-out the day – Tonging for Treasure

2016 Florida Seafood Festival T-shirts are now on sale at all Centennial Bank Locations in Franklin County.
Limited number of Mega ride arm bands on sale.
Modern Midways has provided the Florida Seafood Festival with a limited number of Mega Ride Arm Bands that are good for all four days of the Carnival for unlimited rides for only $45 which is a savings of $55 Dollars. Tickets are being sold at the Apalachicola Bay Chamber of Commerce.
