Terms & Conditions:
1. The Florida Seafood Festival "In Your Dreams Giveaway" is open only to
individuals twenty-five (25) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Members of the Board of Directors of the Florida Seafood Festival and their
Immediate families are not eligible.
2. Participation in the Seafood Festival "In Your Dreams Giveaway"
constitutes entrant's full, and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of
these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and
binding.
3. This prize is nontransferable and non-refundable and must be accepted as
awarded. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by Sponsor, who
reserves the right to substitute a prize in whole or in part with another
prize of equal or greater value if the prize is not available for any reason
as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion.
4. Except where prohibited, participation in the Florida Seafood Festival
"In Your Dreams Giveaway" constitutes winner's consent to Sponsors' use of
winner's name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information and
province of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further
payment or consideration.
5. Drawing to be held sat. Nov. 7th by Miss Florida Seafood before the main concert and announced at that time from the main stage.
6. Tickets can be acquired from the shirt tent for a $ 1.00 donation to the ABC School. All monies raised go to the ABC School.
